Course highlights

Refresh practical application of personal survival techniques, applying safe and sustainable work practices and contribute to effective communication and emergency response on board a vessel. The operation of survival craft and rescue boats other than fast rescue boats. Apply safe work practices and contribute to effective communication and emergency response to fire on board a vessel and to refresh the directing of fire-fighting operations on board a vessel.

This course meets the requirements of STCW Section A-VI/1.3.
