Academic registry

Administrative support for all students, including student loan processing, fees payments, awards and academic transcripts.

Academic Registry provide important student administrative support across the Institute which includes:

  • Process withdrawals and refunds of course fees
  • Consider requests for payment of fees by instalment
  • Provide emergency financial support to students in the case of hardship
  • Arrange Graduation and issue sealed awards to graduands when they are not received at graduation ceremonies
  • Issue academic transcripts.

The first contact for Academic Registry is the Ask Me! Student Services Centre.
