Why I love MIT

There is a strong sense of connection and belonging between staff and students at MIT. I am grateful to be part of a team where collaboration, open communication, and genuine care are not only valued but truly embedded in the culture. What inspires me most is how MIT empowers students by supporting their growth not only academically, but also personally and professionally.
