What I love about working at MIT is the support I get from the staff especially from my Pasifika Development Team. I have been with MIT for over a year now and being in the Pacific environment has helped me to strengthen my culture and my identity. My role as a Pasifika Team Administrator is to ensure the Pasifika Community Centre runs smoothly and to support my team. I enjoy serving our students, our people, the community and every day is different - that's why I love my job.
